Return Policy 

ONLINE RETURNS:
We stand behind the brands we carry and the quality of our products and we want you to love them as well! We understand everything may not work for you and we are here to help. Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and tags must be attached. To start a return for store credit, please email us at everlyclover@yahoo.com

 Your credit may then be used to purchase a new item/variant if an exchange is desired. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label after checkout. The shipping label cost is deducted from the credit amount of the original purchase.

Please read our return summary prior to submitting a return request. Items must be free from any markings, makeup, self-tanner, odors, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant, and laundry detergent. All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. Original shipping is non refundable if paid. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 14 days, it will not be accepted.

 

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days.
